6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, software-development tools, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, understand website use, measure performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising.

Where required by law, we request consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies. You can review or change available choices through the Cookie Preferences link on our website. Blocking certain technologies may affect website functionality.

Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal that is not interpreted consistently across the industry. We recognize legally required browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required and supported.

7. Analytics, Advertising, and Social-Media Services

We may use services supplied by Google and YouTube, Pinterest, and, where enabled, Meta services such as Facebook and Instagram. These providers may collect identifiers, device information, browsing activity, purchase or cart activity, approximate location, and advertisement-interaction information through cookies, pixels, server-based integrations, or similar technologies.

These providers may use information according to their own privacy policies:

Your available controls may include our cookie-preference tools, the settings provided by those companies, and the privacy choices described in this policy.

8. Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to marketing communications, we may send product announcements, production information, promotions, and other updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending transactional or service communications concerning orders, quotes, accounts, projects, security, or policy changes.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including fulfilling orders and custom projects, administering customer relationships, maintaining business and transaction records, complying with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements.

We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where it can no longer reasonably be associated with an individual.

10. Data Security

11. International Data Transfers

We sell products internationally and use service providers that operate in multiple countries. Personal information may therefore be stored, transferred, or processed outside your state, province, or country, including in the United States and other countries whose privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Where required, we and our providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Certain information may be exempt from a request or retained as permitted by law, including information needed to complete a transaction, maintain required records, detect security incidents, prevent fraud, exercise legal rights, or comply with legal obligations.

13. U.S. State Privacy Disclosures

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, targeted advertising, sale or sharing, sensitive information, and appeals. These rights apply only to the extent the relevant law applies to Gummy Molds and the particular processing activity.

We do not sell personal information for money. Our use of certain advertising, analytics, and online-tracking services may nevertheless be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under some state laws.

You can opt out through our Your Privacy Choices page. Where required, we also process recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control. An opt-out may apply only to the browser and device from which the request is submitted unless you are signed into an account or otherwise provide sufficient information to apply the choice more broadly.
